MIDDLE SCHOOL

How often do you practice?

During the season we practice after school from 4-6PM

What's the in-season schedule?

We have 8 dual meets during the season ( Tuesday & Thursday ) and compete at a Holiday tournament and finish the season with the City Championship tournament

What's the off-season schedule?

Our practice sessions are part of the GB wrestling club.We practice on Monday,Wednesday and Friday and compete in local Freestyle tournament

Do you need experience?

No, about 40% of the kids each year are new to the sport. What they need to bring is a great attitude and a willingness to listen and work hard.

What kind of gear do I need to have?

Wrestling shoes and Head gear can be found on almost any Wrestling gear web-site.
